Mt. Calvary Baptist Church is an Independent Baptist church that holds firmly to the historic, orthodox Christian faith as revealed in the King James Bible. We believe the King James Bible is the verbally inspired, inerrant, and preserved Word of God for English-speaking people. It is the sole and final authority in all matters of faith and practice.

We believe that salvation is entirely by the grace of God through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ alone. It is not of works, merit, or sacrament. The repentant sinner who trusts Christ is justified, regenerated, and eternally secure in God's grace.

We believe that the local church is a body of baptized believers who have voluntarily associated together for worship, fellowship, the preaching of the Word, the observance of the ordinances, and the furtherance of the Gospel. We are an independent Baptist church with no outside authority over the local congregation.
